Tara has worked in numerous different positions in Contact Centre Operations. Having worked in financial services for most of her career, Tara is an expert on ethical and sustainable collections, fair treatment of vulnerable customers and ensuring top class efficiency while delivering fantastic customer experience. Tara has managed Operations teams through regulatory authorisation programmes and has vast experience in ensuring she delivers on business and regulatory goals and targets.
