Ricky is an expert in customer complaint and dissatisfaction management and has over 6 years’ experience in leading, training, quality monitoring and process management in highly regulated environments. Ricky has a proven track record of setting up small and large outsourced complaint operations and surpassing client's expectations while meeting regulatory targets.  Ricky is a first-class relationship manager and manages our relationship with the Financial Ombudsman Service. He has helped and guided a lot of clients on how to manage their end to end complaints and dissatisfaction processes.
