Jon brings over 10 years’ experience managing performance in large-scale Contact Centres across Sales, Customer Service and Collections. Specialising in training, coaching and quality monitoring, Jon has a track record of successfully delivering effective, streamlined on-boarding and coaching platforms both face to face and remotely, across multiple sites. Having managed support teams at leading financial lenders, Jon has significant experience in building, maintaining and improving successful operational processes and procedures.
