TieTa started in 2012 with a focus on financial services. The team specialised in the highly regulated and scrutinised world of short term loans and has since branched out to cover a number of other industries. The team originally helped more than 300,000 customers throughout their journey from loan application and ongoing loan maintenance through to repayment and collections including vulnerability and quality monitoring. The entire team from the beginning understood that having customers at the very heart of the business was the critical and right thing to do, and that ethos is still true today.
In 2020 when the UK were struck by the pandemic Covid 19, TieTa were already ahead of the curve, working from home had been prepared months earlier and so within days of the first national lockdown being announced the TieTa team, including all contact centre agents, were already working from home successfully.
Our CEO, Caroline Walton, saw the opportunity to offer our contact centre agents and back office operational support to others who might be struggling to cope with home working or struggling with the extra demand on stretched operational teams during the pandemic. With her experienced executive team, Caroline positioned TieTa to reach out to other businesses in areas such as Financial Services, Healthcare, Automotive, Energy and Retail.
With a wealth of experience in customer support within a highly regulated environment the team are passionate about what they do and have a lot to offer. Between them the TieTa team have successfully on shored contact centres , completed customer data migration programmes, managed surges in highly regulated complaint handling, implemented quality monitoring with analytical tools and created vulnerability teams, this is to mention just a few areas of expertise.
