Jonathan Mantle formed Complaints EQ in December 2018 with the goal of using his 20 years’ experience in the world of complaints, to help other businesses embed excellence into their own complaint operations.
TieTa started in 2012 and since then has been delivering award-winning outsource services to its clients – from frontline call agents to complaint handling and quality assurance – within the financial services and beyond.
This new partnership will allow both Complaints EQ and TieTa to offer their respective clients scalable outsourcing and managed services, supported by expert knowledge and experience within the complaints industry.
Founded by Jonathan Mantle in 2018, Complaints EQ offers a unique perspective through an intimate understanding of the operational needs and the challenges faced, thanks to Jonathan’s two decades of experience in the complaints world, which has spanned the roles of industrial relations mediator, complaint handler, independent adjudicator, auditor, coach, manager, and technical oversight specialist, as well as having a long and successful track record in process improvement.
